Hmm... Maybe you have to be nice your parents. And say something like that... "I promise i try to be better in school, but i hope you give my phone back, i'm really happy if you give me my phone." .. That is what i do if i'm you. Maybe You could make an agreement for some, where did you get your phone to pay.
